Storing your information
All information that we collect is stored in databases managed by third parties (our “Software Partners”) who are certified as GDPR-compliant. All information is stored in servers in the European Union.

Use and sharing of your Information
SEASTERNI PAROS will only uses your information with the purpose of conducting business with you and will never share your information with any third parties, except if you make a booking, in which case your information will be used as follows:

Your information may be shared with the Greek Tax Authorities, where lease agreements are submitted, in accordance with Greek Law.

Basic information (Name, Telephone Number, Email) may be shared with our trusted Service Providers (car rental companies, travel agencies, yacht chartering companies, aviation companies, etc.) for optimum service delivery.

Payment POLICIES
The guest must proceed in making a 30% deposit of the total rental in order to confirm the reservation and the remaining 70% deposit is to be paid 14 days prior to the guest’s arrival at the property.
2. Cancellation by Guest*
Free cancellation if the guest cancels 30 days prior to arrival otherwise the 30% down payment is withheld.
All bank expenses are the responsibility of the guest.
3. Assumption of Risk
The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the Property or its facilities (indoors or outdoors). The Guest and all guests should use the outdoor staircases and terraces with special caution and at their own risk. The Owner shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by misuse of the Property. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property. The Owner shall not be responsible for any children hurt while left unattended by adult guests. The Owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or any other listed guest. We encourage all guests to have traveller’s insurance. All of the units are privately owned.
4. Safety
As a safety precaution, the Guest and all guests understand and accept that the perimeter of the Property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the Property from potential theft. There are NO cameras inside the house. If the Property is equipped with an alarm system, the Guest must use it; operation instructions will be provided upon check-in. Further to the above, it is recommended that the Guest hires private guard services.
5. Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior approval by the Owner and the Pet Addendum (available upon request) must be filled in
RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is allowed outside only. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the Property, an extra charge of 500 EUR will apply. Damage to furniture caused by evidence of smoking will incur the proper replacement cost of the damaged item.
2. The Guest (primary renter) must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age. Adults cannot rent Property on behalf of underage guests. Sub-letting the Property is not allowed. Any other person in the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Property.
3. No parties and loud music that will disturb the surroundings properties during the quiet hours (15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00) are allowed on the Property.
4. The Guest and all guests agree to keep the Property, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without the Owner’s written approval is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside or onto the beach. The Guest is responsible for the cost of replacement of any damage to the furniture or premises and the replacement of missing items. Any of the above actions shall be deemed a material breach of this Rental Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of the lease with the risk of eviction. Any breach of this Rental Agreement for the above purposes does not constitute a basis for a refund.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Any electrical appliance or equipment supplied or rented on the Property (either owned by the Property or a service provider) should be inspected by a responsible adult renting the Property before using; The Guest and all guests assume all responsibility and risk for the usage of these products including the guests of renters. The power supply is EU standard; adaptors and/or converters may be required.
6. Pool: no children under the age of sixteen (16) years old are permitted at the pool unattended at any time. When using the pool remember that it is advised not to consume alcohol beyond the point that you are fully aware of your actions. Use at your own risk. The Owner shall not be responsible for any accidents taking place on the Property out of the Guest or any of the guests’ thoughtlessness, recklessness, act or omission.
7. Water: REMEMBER that water in Paros is not drinkable, please use bottled water.
8. Septic: The property’s septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT THROW OR FLUSH anything into/down the toilet, including toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that toilet paper and/or feminine products have been flushed and caused a clog of the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 2.000 EUR.
While on the Property, the Guest and all guests understand their obligations to follow Greek Laws. In the event that the competent authorities impose a fine for non-compliance with Greek Laws, the Guest and all guests undertake sole responsibility to pay it. In the event that the competent authorities impose a fine on the Owner resulting from the Guest’s or any of the guests’ non-compliance with Greek Laws, the Guest undertakes to reimburse the Owner in full
